Now to the fun part. If you want to check if your UN*X system is in any danger
You might test to make a break in.
I don't encourage anyone to break into any one else's computer system. If you
don't have any system to test on that you are sure that you are allowed to do
it on. DON'T do it. I don't encourage anyone to break into sites that they don't
have legal access to. If anyone does that with this information I can't be held
responsible for it. Because this information is only for evolution and to help
System-administrators keep the bad "hackers" out of the systems. IMHO a hacker
is a person who is really good with computers and making programs and clever
solutions, not a guy who tries to break in to computers that the media wants
us to think about a hacker.
And also remember that in most countries it is against the law to break into a computer system if you
don't have permission to do it. In some countries even that are a little fuzzy even thou you
have permission.
The Department Of Defens have created some security grades for how high security a Operating System provide. The levels are as follows
| D | Lowest |
| C{1,2} | |
| B{1,2} | |
| A | |
| Beyond A | Highest |
Now I don't have time to write down more interesting information. But i have a small collection of interesting files that you might want to take a look at my collection of interesting files without descriptions
